Is the developer a doctor?

I'm not a doctor actually. I got my masters in instructional design and technology. While working at a medical school, I saw a need for a portable patient tracking solution, so this app started as a tool for medical students and grew into one for practitioners as well. As such, I need a bit of help adding features that are useful to both students and practitioners, so fee free to email me with suggestions

Is there an iPad version in the works?

Yes there is. Give it some time though. I started coding in september of 2009, so I'm still not an expert. I'd like to get true desktop syncing working, before I finish the iPad version, so users can have access to a suite of products

What features are going to be in forthcoming updates?

Lots. Desktop syncing is something I'm tackling now. Also, a new home screen, an appointments Add on, a Billing Add on, and many more options for patient details and visit details.
